    Jordan Myrie Taylor

    Head of Engagement

Jordan leads engagement activity across programmes, with a focus on building trusted relationships and enabling meaningful participation within communities. His work centres on creating inclusive, culturally responsive engagement approaches that support both research delivery and community involvement.

He works closely with community members, partners and delivery teams to ensure engagement is ethical, accessible and grounded in lived experience. Jordan plays a key role in bridging community spaces and research processes, helping translate community insight into learning that informs programme development and evaluation.

His approach prioritises trust building, care and sustained relationships, ensuring engagement is not transactional but embedded throughout the lifecycle of research and evaluation.
